This position performs a wide range of complex clinical and administrative support duties for programs and services at USF Health exercising a high level of independent judgment and decision making. Acts as a liaison between patients and providers, including scheduling procedures and clinical appointments, counseling on preparations for procedures and discussing test results with patients. This role involves substantial patient interaction with an emphasis on patient satisfaction and patient access.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Assists the Director by serving as the point person in the management of day to day operations and coordination of patients plan of care using independent judgment and decision making
• Acts as primary contact for executive wellness patients, facilitating patient needs with care team providing excellent customer service
• Provides clinical and administrative support to leadership team and providers for support in day-to-day and overall goals/initiatives
• Serves as the concierge/patient advocate responsible for the development of patient agendas as well as coordination and execution of the client visit at an exemplary level
• Handles large amounts of sensitive and confidential information working directly with administrators, physicians as well as clients/patients assisting in the orchestration of a plan of care for clients/patients who require continuing medical support via USF Health ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Works closely with Revenue Cycle Operations to create invoices for services rendered.
• Partners with local contracted companies to ensure continuity of care based on contract outline.
