Job Summary:

This position works closely with the Multimedia Production Specialist and the Marketing team to produce highly visible print and display designs. This position requires a high level of conceptualization, presentation, and implementation abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing complex graphics, logos, and designs for marketing assets, including but not limited to: print, digital signs, promotional videos, collateral materials, promotional assets, direct mail pieces, and web graphics.
  • Determine size, color scheme, arrangement of illustrative material and copy. Select style and size of type and arrange layouts based upon available space while utilizing knowledge of layout principle and aesthetic design concepts.
  • Serve as the secondary videographer and photographer for the casino.
  • Maintain approved brand standards across all mediums.
  • Produce and install all materials in an efficient and professional manner. 
  • Assist the Multimedia Production Specialist in photo and video shoots, set up and operation of lighting and audio/visual equipment.
  • Assist Marketing team to execute special events, promotions, and projects.
  • Organize and maintain digital creative assets such as original working files, logos, photos, video/audio files and more.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
  • Associate degree or equivalent and one to two years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge with an emphasis in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Knowledge and experience with PremierPro, After Effects, and Audition preferred.
  • Solid understanding of printing processes and materials, production and installation techniques, and various media formats.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, execute tasks with total accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organization skills. 
  • A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.
  • All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license.
