We are currently seeking a Software Engineer II to join our AI engineering team and help move our ambitious vision forward.<br><br></p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, test and deploy a cloud-based data foundation system and AI agent platform. This involves leveraging AI/ML models, applying prompt engineering, and conducting data analysis across all data types—unstructured, semi-structured, and structured. Additionally, utilize technologies such as data and pattern mining, business intelligence (BI), and data transformation and processing.</li> <li>Work effectively with team members, following directions from team leads and mentors to independently deliver projects.</li> <li>Ensure your work aligns with the technical design and adheres to established best practices within the industry.</li> <li>Good communication skills, maintaining clear and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.</li> <li>Show dedication to your work and exhibit a strong potential for professional growth and development.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br></strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience in cloud service development is a plus.</li> <li>Strong development experience in Java, Python, C++, C#, or similar OO languages</li> <li>Understanding of database and SQL</li> <li>This position is ideal for a driven individual with a strong can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Additional Notes:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em>This role requires full time office work, out of our Bellevue, WA location.</em></li> <li><em>At this time, Talkdesk cannot provide work visa sponsorship in this region</em></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay Range (Base Pay)</strong>: $130,000 - $196,000</p> <p><strong>Other Types of Pay</strong>:&nbsp;Based on level and role the employee may be eligible for long term incentives in the form of equity and short term incentives of either bonus or commission.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Health Insurance</strong>:&nbsp;Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).</p> <p><strong>Retirement Benefits</strong>:&nbsp;401(k) plan</p> <p><strong>Paid Time Off</strong>:&nbsp;Talkdesk offers an uncapped paid time off program, subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Paid Holidays</strong>: Talkdesk offers 14 paid holidays each year.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Paid Sick Leave</strong>:&nbsp;Employees have uncapped paid time off, subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Method of Application</strong>:&nbsp;Apply online.</p> <p><strong>Application Window</strong>: The application window is expected to close at least 7 days from the posting date.
