Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Provide exceptional color & salon experience to every and all clientele
- Craft dimensional color—think California blondes, lived-in blondes, rich espresso brunettes
- Confidently execute cutting and shaping to complement extension work
- Collaborate with our founder and extension specialist on transformational client plans
- Maintain cleanliness of both your individual station, as well as the salon as a whole
- Keep up to date on all current hair cutting/styling trends
- Lead or assist in consultations, offering expert guidance with vision and versatility
- Maintain a clean, elevated, detail-obsessed workspace
- Support the team with flexibility, professionalism, and care as we grow
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- California Cosmetology License
- Three years behind the chair with advanced color education is preferred
- You care just as much about the client experience as the final result
- You’re emotionally intelligent, reliable, and well-spoken
- You’re confident in your craft, but always open to growth
- You’re curious about extensions and open to cross-training
