About this role
easihair pro is a leader in the hair extension industry. We provide quality hair extension products to salons nationwide and internationally, in addition to offering certification courses to teach stylists how to use our hair extensions and build their business.
As we move into a growth phase, we’re searching for a Sales & Education Specialist to join our team of professionals. The Sales & Education Specialist is responsible for the development and visibility of our hair extension/beauty brand in our Missouri market. You will be the company’s first point of contact with salon professionals and stylists, representing easihair pro with professionalism & grace, always with a keen eye for the big picture, growth, and future sales potential.

- Create a powerful, trusting relationship with salon owners, stylists, and employees
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential new business
- Deliver highest quality in-salon presentations and product classes
- Capture new salon business and meet new business goals
- Drive education in your market and sell all forms of education available
- Achieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting salon owners and stylists
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Valid Cosmetology license preferred but not required
- Professional beauty industry experience serving salons preferred
- Business to business sales experience in the hair/beauty field
- At least two years of sales experience in the beauty field or relevant industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for hair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to incorporate strategic and analytical thinking
- Adaptable to working with and educating various personality types
- Competitive and collaborative attitude
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, etc.
- An entrepreneurial spirit
