La posición es híbrida, con base en Madrid.</p><p><strong>Descripción de responsabilidades:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Administración avanzada de Salesforce: configuración, seguridad, usuarios, objetos personalizados, informes y flujos.</p></li><li><p>Implementación de nuevas funcionalidades como AgentForce, Feedback Management o Marketing Cloud on Core.</p></li><li><p>Análisis y diagnóstico de necesidades internas, colaborando con unidades académicas y administrativas.</p></li><li><p>Diseño e implementación de flujos inteligentes con herramientas como Flow Orchestration y Einstein GPT.</p></li><li><p>Supervisión de integraciones con plataformas como SAP, Canvas y Uxxi.</p></li><li><p>Gestión de partners Salesforce, asegurando entregables de calidad.</p></li><li><p>Adaptación de Salesforce al modelo educativo y necesidades de estudiantes, docentes y personal administrativo.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requisitos esenciales:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Titulación universitaria o FP superior en Ingeniería, Informática o áreas STEM.</p></li><li><p>4-5 años de experiencia en administración, consultoría o desarrollo Salesforce.</p></li><li><p>Dominio de Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components y conocimientos de Angular.</p></li><li><p>Experiencia en Sales, Service, Experience, Education y Marketing Cloud.</p></li><li><p>Inglés avanzado.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requisitos deseables:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Certificaciones oficiales Salesforce.</p></li><li><p>Conocimiento de herramientas AI como Einstein GPT, Prompt Builder o AI Cloud.</p></li><li><p>Experiencia con MuleSoft, Heroku y prácticas DevOps (CI/CD).</p></li><li><p>Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al usuario.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Por qué unirse a la compañía:</strong><br>Formarás parte de un entorno universitario dinámico, con un fuerte enfoque en innovación y digitalización.
