<p>En el marco de la transformación digital de procesos de <span class="il">la </span><span>compañía</span><span class="il"> </span>y, en concreto, del rediseño del sistema de gestión económico - financiera, el/la director/a adjunto de Procesos será el responsable de la redefinición y eficiencia de los procesos operacionales de <span class="il">la </span><span>compañía </span>y el interlocutor con el equipo de la dirección de Tecnologías de la Información de <span class="il">compañía</span> (DTI) para la implantación de los mismos.</p><div><p><br><strong>Entre las funciones del puesto se encuentran:</strong></p><p><br>• Realizar un análisis de los procesos existentes, abarcando el ciclo global de las operaciones, de cara a su racionalización, con carácter previo a su implantación.</p><p><br>• Colaborar con el departamento de Arquitectura de la DTI en la determinación de los procesos que deben residir en el ERP de la entidad o que deben residir en otras aplicaciones.</p><p><br>• Colaborar en el desarrollo de la estructura de los diferentes módulos del ERP de la entidad que conforman el sistema de gestión presupuestaria y contable, tomando en consideración tanto las funciones de las áreas de negocio como las áreas presupuestarias y contables.</p><p><br>• Capacidad para establecer y mejorar los procedimientos de trabajo.</p><p><br>• Coordinar dentro de la dirección los flujos de trabajo y los resultados esperados en cada proceso.</p><p><br>• Coordinar con el resto de la Entidad las necesidades financieras de información y su definición.</p><p><br>• Reingeniería de procesos end -to-end.</p><p><br>• Prever las necesidades de la Entidad a medio y largo plazo.</p><p><br></p></div><div><p><strong>El perfil que se tiene que identificar es el siguiente:</strong></p><p><br>• Titulación universitaria superior (grado) en áreas de ingeniería, administración de empresas o finanzas.</p><p><br>• Experiencia demostrada en gestión de operaciones o procesos y en implantación de sistemas en aplicaciones ERP, especialmente, en los módulos presupuestarios y de finanzas.</p><p><br>• Experiencia demostrada en gestión de equipos internos y externos.</p><p><br>• Alta capacidad de negociación.</p><p><br>• Experiencia en planificación y gestión de proyectos.</p></div>
