<p>Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un perfil <strong>Data Collection p</strong>ara incorporarse a una <strong>compañía líder del mercado retail </strong>con un fuerte crecimiento en el canal online y un ecosistema internacional complejo. </p><p></p><p><span><strong>¿Cuál será tu misión?</strong></span></p><p>Serás el/la<strong> responsable de convertir los datos del e-commerce en una base fiable y accionable</strong>, asegurando su correcta captura y consistencia para impulsar decisiones estratégicas y promover una cultura <em>data-driven</em> en toda la compañía. Colaborarás con producto, tecnología y marketing.<br></p><p><span><strong>Tus funciones principales serán:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Diseñar, mantener y gobernar el <strong>modelo de datos digital</strong>, incluyendo taxonomía de eventos, naming conventions, parámetros y jerarquías.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Liderar la <strong>implementación técnica de la medición</strong> en web, app y otros activos digitales (etiquetado, SDKs, píxeles, APIs, server-side tracking).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Asegurar la <strong>calidad del dato</strong>, incluyendo validaciones periódicas, detección de errores, auditorías y monitorización continua.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proporcionar <strong>soporte técnico</strong> a equipos internos (marketing, producto, analítica, tecnología) en la definición, implementación y troubleshooting de eventos.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Gestionar y evolucionar las <strong>herramientas de tracking y análisis</strong> (CMP, Tag Management, Analytics, A/B testing).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Documentar el ecosistema de medición: data layer, eventos, reglas, flujos y dependencias.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Garantizar la correcta <strong>integración entre plataformas</strong> (analytics → publicidad, app → web, CRM, paid media, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supervisar el cumplimiento de la <strong>privacidad y normativa</strong> (consent, GDPR, cookieless, tagging compliant).</span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;"><br></span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>A quién buscamos:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Grado en Ingeniería, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, formación desarrollo web o similares.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conocimiento sólido de <strong>Google Tag Manager</strong>, <strong>Tealium</strong>, <strong>Adobe Launch</strong> o herramientas de tag management similares.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experiencia con <strong>Google Analytics 4</strong>, <strong>Firebase</strong>, herramientas de product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel) o equivalentes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Dominio de <strong>event tracking</strong> (data layer, GTM templates, SDKs, UTMs, server-side)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conocimientos básicos de <strong>JavaScript</strong>, HTML/CSS y debugging con herramientas de navegador.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiaridad con <strong>APIs</strong>, eventos server-side, integraciones con plataformas de Marketing/Ads.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conocimiento de estándares de medición: <strong>Consent Mode</strong>, CMPs (OneTrust, Didomi), frameworks cookieless.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Capacidad de comunicación con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mentalidad estructurada y orientada a la calidad.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Nivel alto de inglés.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactividad, autonomía y compromiso con la excelencia.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Gran capacidad para aportar y crear nuevas ideas que enriquezcan y fortalezcan nuestra cultura.
