About this role
Job Title: Senior Analytics Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions for the energy domain, focusing on Operations & Maintenance (O&M) analytics.
- Build data models, dashboards, and reports to support asset performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and support Digital Grid Analytics (DGA) use cases such as outage analysis, grid monitoring, and predictive maintenance.
- Apply MCSA concepts for effective data management, querying, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, scalability, and performance of analytics platforms.
6–10 years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles, preferably in the energy or utilities domain.
Strong experience in O&M analytics, asset analytics, or operational reporting.
Hands-on knowledge of MCSA concepts and SQL-based data solutions.
Experience with Digital Grid Analytics (DGA) or smart grid analytics.
Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and visualization.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
