We’re searching for an Account Executive, Commercial Transportation. Are you searching for new possibilities?

 

Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive, Commercial Transportation at our Mississauga, ON or London, ON office. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business and acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships with our commercial clients. Are you a results-driven person who also loves providing exceptional client service? If so, you will love working for Westland!

 

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is 100% commission with an annual draw of $40,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

  • Deep understanding and solid knowledge of Commercial Lines
  • Minimum 2-5 years of Commercial Lines experience, particularly in sales
  • An active RIBO License 
  • Bonus! Working towards or completion of CAIB / CIP designation

  • Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
  • Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements
  • Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate the best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
