Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive, Commercial Transportation at our Mississauga, ON or London, ON office. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business and acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships with our commercial clients. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is 100% commission with an annual draw of $40,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

• Minimum 2-5 years of Commercial Lines experience, particularly in sales
• An active RIBO License 
• Bonus! Working towards or completion of CAIB / CIP designation

• Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
• Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements
• Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate the best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
