Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer who is motivated to grow, take on new challenges, and work with modern backend technologies in an agile environment.
Experience
Around 2 years of experience working with backend technologies.
Required Technical Skills
Experience building microservices-based architectures
Strong knowledge of Java 11 or higher (Java 17 / 21 is a plus)
Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Data
Familiarity with JPA / Hibernate
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational SQL databases
Solid understanding of unit testing
Nice to Have
Experience with TDD or BDD
Knowledge of Continuous Integration practices
Experience using Git / GitHub
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Languages
Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
Soft Skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and programming languages
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
Proactive mindset and eagerness to grow professionally
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Or equivalent practical experience in backend development
