Job Description

En support du Software Asset Manager, vous intervenez sur la gestion, la fiabilité et l’optimisation des actifs logiciels via ServiceNow SAM.

Votre objectif principal :
Garantir une gestion conforme, fiable et optimisée des licences logicielles, au service de la performance et de la maîtrise des risques.

En tant que SAM, vous aurez un rôle transverse et stratégique :

  • Assurer l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité des données licences dans l’outil SAM
  • Gérer le cycle de vie complet des licences logicielles
  • Réduire les risques de non-conformité éditeurs et préparer les audits
  • Optimiser l’utilisation des licences et identifier les leviers d’économies
  • Traiter les demandes utilisateurs dans les délais attendus
  • Produire un reporting SAM fiable et exploitable pour les parties prenantes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Software Asset Management
  • Maîtrise de la gestion du cycle de vie des licences logicielles
  • Utilisation d’un outil SAM : ServiceNow SAM 
  • Grande rigueur, précision et capacité à gérer de gros volumes de données
  • Maîtrise de la gestion du cycle de vie des licences logicielles
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale
  • Résident Suisse
  • Contract Type: Permanent contract
