Contribuez à transformer un secteur clé de l’économie.
Le secteur des mobilités vit une mutation accélérée : ouverture à la concurrence, digitalisation des opérations, transition énergétique, exigences accrues sur l'expérience Voyageurs. Pour répondre à ces enjeux, Talan, cabinet international de conseil (7200 collaborateurs, 20 pays, Great Place to Work), recherche des Managers expérimentés pour rejoindre son pôle Transports & Mobilités.
Description du poste
Votre mission :
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception et l’exécution de projets stratégiques à fort impact pour des acteurs publics et privés du secteur (AOM, opérateurs, gestionnaires d’infrastructure). À ce titre, vous aurez la responsabilité de :
- Structurer des démarches de transformation : refonte organisationnelle, SI, digitalisation, conduite du changement, transition écologique…
- Études stratégiques : anticipation des impacts de l’ouverture à la concurrence du marché ferroviaire
- Interopérabilité SI : intégration des normes européennes dans les systèmes d’information
- Piloter des équipes pluridisciplinaires et garantir l’excellence opérationnelle
- Identifier des opportunités de croissance et contribuer activement au développement commercial (réponses aux appels d’offre...)
- Capitaliser sur les meilleures pratiques du marché pour enrichir notre offre

Qualifications
Profil recherché :
- 6 ans d’expérience minimum en cabinet de conseil ou dans le secteur des mobilités
- Solide expertise en transformation d’organisations, conduite du changement, systèmes d’information
- Leadership affirmé, orientation client, capacité à générer de la valeur sur le terrain

What you'll do
- You will play a key role in designing and executing strategic projects with high impact for public and private sector players in mobility. Responsibilities include structuring transformation approaches, conducting strategic studies, ensuring interoperability of information systems, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
