Job Description

主要职责:

  • 根据公司整体销售策略,制定辖区销售计划和实施策略,并监督销售目标的最终达成。
  • 制定辖区年度销售预算并有效执行。
  • 确保与市场部、商务团队沟通合作,及时掌握招标时间并积极配合商务部招投标工作。
  • 指导监督辖区主管的销售计划及目标医院指标设定,并监督核查各项工作实施完成情况。
  • 与辖区重要客户建立并保持良好协作关系,有效管理客户满意度,组织辖区医院开发工作。
  • 负责辖区销售人员的培训,考核和激励体系的维护和有效执行,提高销售团队工作士气和销售业绩。
  • 提高辖区人均生产力,指导员工完成年度绩效评估。
  • 部门所需求的其他相关工作。

任职要求:

教育背景

  • 本科或以上学历,医药相关或市场营销专业为佳

相关领域工作经验

  • 5年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验,3 年以上销售管理工作经验

专业知识与技能

  • 熟练使用计算机办公软件
  • 具有良好的英语听说读写能力
  • 具有极强的沟通协调能力、良好的抗压力、良好的人员管理能力和战略规划能力
