About this role:

This is a unique opportunity to implement the strategy alongside the Commercial Strategy and the rest of the Management Team. For that, you will need to be fast, data-driven, hands-on and a motivational project manager with the ability to bring colleagues from different departments together. You will be in charge of multiple initiatives at the same time.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Define and execute the most strategic and cross functional projects in the country with a clear focus on growth: (1) getting insights from data, (2) defining and aligning initiatives and (3) executing your recommendations
• Support the Country sales Team by structuring and executing critical analysis to help other colleagues make data-based decisions -  working closely with the business intelligence team
• Act as a cross-functional orchestrator, aligning departments and resolving roadblocks to ensure a fast execution 
• Track progress of the most relevant KPIs and suggest actions to revert deviations
• Have a growth and user-centric mentality in everything you do

What will you bring to the table?

• Relevant experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm and/ or at a growth business in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Organization and 80:20 skills to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Ability to influence and network across the organisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Advanced skills with Google Suite or similar (Sheets, Slides and Docs)
• Advanced skills with Tableau, or similar
• Medium skills with basic AI tools (Gemini, etc.)
