To make everyday life easier and deliver convenience—whether through customer service, our technology, or deliveries. As a Junior Courier Recruit at JustEat Takeaway.com/Pyszne.pl, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of our couriers.
What will you do?
- Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective couriers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work daily with tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace.
- Create and publish job advertisements on various job portals.
- Oversee payroll and a range of administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Apply if:
- You enjoy working with candidates over the phone and can communicate clearly in English.
- You can organize your work effectively and manage multiple tasks at once.
- You have initial experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or call centre environments.
- Your English and Spanish skills allow you to communicate with international customers (minimum B2/C1 level).
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident using computer systems.
- You’d like to be part of a friendly, supportive team and enjoy working in a pleasant, welcoming environment.
It’s a plus if:
- You are able to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- You are familiar with the job market and recruitment tools related to temporary staffing.
- You have basic knowledge of labor law and GDPR.
