About this role 

The Data Literacy, Learning & Community Specialist is a vital ingredient within the Data & Analytics (DNA) organization at JET. Situated in the DNA Strategy Office, you are the architect of a vibrant, connected, and high-performing global data community. Your mission is twofold: to ensure DNA is a place where people thrive professionally and to act as a bridge that boosts data literacy across the entire company.

By driving collaboration, internal communications, and upskilling initiatives, you will drive a unified culture where data isn't just a department, it’s a shared language that empowers every JETer to innovate.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

• Coordinate, and implement global learning and training programs that move the needle on data literacy, ensuring learning is seamlessly embedded into DNA projects 
• Build and nurture a strong DNA community, fostering collaboration and connection across data teams
• Take the lead on high-impact events, from our internal DNA Summits to external partnerships like ‘Women in Analytics,’ creating spaces for inspiration and networking
• Own internal communications (newsletters, shoutouts, and updates) to ensure our DNA achievements are celebrated and the strategy is understood by all
• Act as the "glue" between DNA and other business units, facilitating smooth collaboration and breaking down departmental silos
• Mentor and advocate for new hires, ensuring their onboarding experience is welcoming and they are quickly integrated into our culture
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external L&D providers to ensure JET has access to the most advanced learning resources available

• You have a proven track record of coordinating upskilling initiatives or data literacy programs in a professional setting
• You bring energy and creativity to organizing workshops and social events that people actually want to attend
• You understand the Data & Analytics landscape and recognize its critical role in driving business success in a tech-driven company
• You approach challenges with analytical thinking and a "can-do" attitude, always looking for ways to improve the status quo
• You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and can navigate the complexities of multiple stakeholders with ease
