About this role
Just Eat Takeaway has an exciting and innovative Fintech domain, which sits within our Product & Tech department. We are responsible for all things Payments related and are constantly finding new ways to improve how we manage our Fintech space.
In this role, you'll join a strong team of Business Analysts who provide clarity and understanding to the key initiatives we are delivering. We're seeking someone who has a great understanding of the BA role and function, who is proactive, with a keen appetite to learn and enthusiastic to develop their skills and experience in the BA role.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Amsterdam office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Lead Business Analyst
These are some of the key components to the role:
- Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and solutions
- Identifying process changes that may be required elsewhere within the business as a result of a new implementation, and is able to communicate changes to the affected business areas
- Ensuring requirements are validated prior to release
- Participating in analysis for pre-project discovery work
- Promoting the Business Analysis function within Fintech, Product & Technology and the wider business
- Actively participating in the Business Analyst community, sharing learnings and identifying areas for contribution
- Defining and creating process maps

- An excellent understanding of the Business Analyst role and discipline.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in learning new skills and techniques and ability to apply them to your day to day role.
- Excellent communication skills, with a good understanding of different communication styles.
- An enthusiastic mindset with the ability to adapt to change, and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, a good understanding of Product, and experience working in e-commerce.
