About this role:

As our dedicated Account Manager - Benefits in Bulgaria, you will be the primary driver of our corporate segment. While you are part of a wider international team, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy. This is the perfect place for you if you thrive on driving business growth, have the courage to implement your own ideas, and want to be the lead representative of our B2B brand in Sofia.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Portfolio Building: Identifying new business opportunities and establishing professional relationships with corporate partners.
  • End-to-End Sales & Account Management: Managing the full client lifecycle—from initial outreach and face-to-face meetings to contract finalization. You will provide ongoing post-sales support, resolve operational issues, and proactively identify opportunities to grow and scale our existing business within your portfolio.
  • Negotiations & Proposals: Independently developing tailored commercial offers and managing contract documentation in collaboration with our global legal department.
  • Creative Implementation & Onboarding: Designing localized marketing materials (presentations, leaflets) and ensuring a professional onboarding experience for your new corporate clients.
  • Networking & Brand Presence: Representing the JET B2B brand at local industry events and conferences; comfort with public speaking is a welcome plus.
  • Sales Operations: Utilizing CRM tools to monitor local business trends, optimize your own activities, and track your performance independently.

  • Entrepreneurial B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in corporate sales or business development—you know how to navigate the local market and finalize deals effectively.
  • Autonomy & Proactivity: You are a self-starter who organizes their own time, sets their own priorities, and finds solutions in every situation without needing daily supervision.
  • Language & Communication: Fluency in Bulgarian and professional English (min. B2). You make contacts easily (a sense of humor is welcome!) and represent the brand with professionalism.
  • Digital Proficiency: Ease of use with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) tools.
  • Mobility: A valid Category B driving license and a readiness for fieldwork and direct visits to your business partners.
  • Resilience: A strong work ethic and the desire to be the sole champion for a growing business segment.
