About this role

<p><strong>Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company in the open web!&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a motivated, commercially driven and growth-focused SDR to join our EMEA Growth team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll be responsible for re-defining the outbound playbook, prospecting and testing new sales tools, setting appointments for Sales Reps and driving significant revenue growth in the EMEA market. You’ll act as a consultant and first point of contact to advertisers, working with a fast-moving, high-potential market, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and deliver results.</p> <p><strong>To thrive in this role, you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Native or professional fluency in German and English</li> <li>Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads</li> <li>1–2+ years of (ideally SDR/BDR/Sales) experience in a B2B environment or performance marketing&nbsp;</li> <li>Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward KPIs independently</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, willingness to do cold calling</li> <li>Self-starter with strong organizational skills</li> <li>Independence and motivation to manage outbound efforts&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment</li> <li>Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals<br><br></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Bonus points if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluency in multiple EMEA languages. French is a strong advantage but coachable through immersion and localization support</li> <li>Familiarity with regional market dynamics (DACH)</li> <li>Understanding of the Ecom Ecosystem</li> <li>Good understanding of marketing KPIs and how they are connected to each other</li> <li>Use of advanced features in tools like Apollo, Clay, Lusha, Sales Navigator, Hubspot and Salesforce—training can be provided</li> <li>Messaging personalization and strategic outreach planning</li> <li>Basic understanding of demand generation metrics and reporting (can be developed on the job)</li> <li>Adaptability to evolving buyer behaviors and multichannel workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>How you’ll make an impact:</strong></p> <p>As a SDR in EMEA, you’ll play a key role in:</p> <ul> <li>Orchestrating outbound efforts for the entire region and creating together with the Sales Director DACH a outbound playbook for B2B sales</li> <li>Testing state of the art sales tools to continuously optimise the sales tool tech stack</li> <li>Managing outbound opps - from account sourcing, to enrichment to setting appointments with ideal customer profiles</li> <li>Producing a high volume of outreach and creating qualified opportunities&nbsp;</li> <li>Building long-term relationships with key partners and external companies that support our outbound efforts</li> <li>Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights</li> <li>Participating in key industry events and conferences&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, AMs, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, and Support</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Taboola?</strong></p> <p>If you ask Taboolars what they love about working here, they’ll tell you that they’ve been empowered to realize their full potential while growing and learning from and with smart and talented people.
