Context

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Project Manager.

 

Missions/Main Duties

  • Team Management: Independently coordinate multi-functional Project Teams.

  • Corporate Coordination: Interface with all involved company departments (Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Quality), operational sites, and external suppliers to ensure the achievement of project objectives.

  • External Relations: Manage relationships with the final Client and Consortium Partners regarding activity progress, critical issues, variations, and claims.

  • Reporting: Align internal and external reporting and procedures, identifying major criticalities and defining corrective action plans to be implemented.

  • Execution Focus: Ensure project compliance with budget, schedule, and quality requirements

Profile/Skills

Technical Requirements

  • Education: Degree in technical disciplines (preferably Civil or Management Engineering).

  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience within EPC project management teams for projects valued over €30 million in the infrastructure/industrial sector (preferably in Italy), with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role.

  • Control Skills: Ability to interpret and discuss detailed schedules and critical paths; Profit & Loss reporting; progress reports (SAL), and other project control tools.

  • Languages: English proficiency at least at a B1 level.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of EPC contracting. Knowledge of the Italian Public Procurement Code (Codice degli Appalti) and relevant Italian regulations is a significant plus.
