Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.

We are seeking applications for the position of OPS 7 - Field Engineer (Fire Control) for Project “Redevelopment Project of CSMT Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA.”

Missions/Main Duties

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of fire detection (smoke/heat detectors, linear beams), suppression (sprinklers, hydrants, FM-200/gas systems), alarms, PA systems, emergency lighting, and smoke extraction for concourses, platforms, sub-plots, and multi-level buildings.
• Conduct daily site inspections for fire risks in ongoing civil/MEPF works; coordinate mock drills, evacuation routes, and signage per Form-Based Codes for station redevelopment.
• Verify compliance with BIS/IS codes (e.g., IS 2189 detectors, IS 3844 alarms), RLDA fire strategy, and Mumbai Fire Brigade NOCs; generate monthly audit reports, ATs, and O&M manuals.
• rain site staff/contractors on extinguisher use, hydrant operation, and emergency protocols; maintain fire pumps, hoses, and equipment inventory.

Profile/Skills

• Education qualification – Graduate Engineer
• Years of experience – 5 Years
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
