We are proud to deliver Project Management Services to the Rail Land Development Authority (Indian Railways) for three major railway station projects: Mumbai, New Delhi, and Ahmedabad. Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.

We are seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer OHE for RLDA CSMT Project, Mumbai

Missions/Main Duties

  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate OHE system requirements.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.
  • Provide input into project timelines, cost estimates, and resource planning.
  • Oversee and supervise the installation of OHE systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the correct configuration of equipment and systems as per the project plans.
  • Perform testing and commissioning of installed OHE equipment.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot system failures or malfunctions in the field.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company, industry, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure that safety protocols are followed during installation and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports of work completed, maintenance activities, and issues encountered.
  • Update project documentation, including technical drawings, equipment specifications, and manuals.
  • Liaise with the project management team to provide regular updates on progress.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field teams during project execution.
  • Maintaining Documentation and approvals
  • Advance Planning of blocks & related works
  • Close coordination with Railway Division

Profile/Skills

  • Education qualification - Graduate in Civil Engineering
  • Years of experience : Minimum experience of 2 years in relevant field out of which, minimum 1 year experience in similar position & Minimum Experience in Eligible Projects (in Years) 1 year
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
  • Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
