Intrepid/SPA has a near term need for a PNT Staff Support Officer. #MC
Responsibilities
The PNT Staff Support Officer (SSO) provides senior-level analysis and subject matter expertise to Army G-8 leadership across requirements, acquisition, and resourcing activities. Designated as key personnel and requiring TS/SCI clearance, this role manages Army Cyber program efforts—including Defensive Cyber Operations technologies and software—while also supporting Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) initiatives. Core responsibilities include reviewing and validating JCIDS and acquisition documents, developing investment and resourcing strategies, preparing executive-level briefings, and ensuring all efforts align with Army modernization priorities. One of your responsibilities will be to provide the current and future Army with timely and decisive warfighting capabilities supporting successful accomplishment of the National Military Strategy.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 4+ years of force development experience and expertise
- 2+ years of operational experience in Army tactical/strategic units that employ Mission Command Transport Capabilities/Applications including Position Navigation and Timing capabilities
- Clear understanding of tactics, techniques and procedures associated with Army command, control, and communications systems and expertise in Cyber, and/or Position Navigation and timing capabilities to be supported
- Must have the ability to analyze, prioritize and validate Mission Command, CYBER and/or Position Navigation and Timing requirements
- Experience managing at least ACAT II and III programs
- Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

- HTAR qualification
- JCIDS/Requirements training (RQM 1010/1100/3100/310/2500/2520 OR CLR 101/110/151/250/252), or related fields
