We are seeking a senior level Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to join our team to support the IFMC AMD Mission Command Product Office, a government program office responsible for the development of Foreign Military Sales programs.


Responsibilities

The role involves providing executive-level briefings to potential foreign partners to showcase the capabilities and advantages of the Army’s Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). Serving as the subject matter expert for the IBCS International Programs Office, the individual responds to Letters of Request (LORs) by delivering Requests for Information (RFI), Price and Availability (P&A), and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data. Responsibilities include tracking program and project status and schedules, as well as applying financial planning policies and procedures. The role also entails performing program management, technical, and business case analyses, and evaluating program requirements, budget, status, and schedules. Additionally, the individual supports the overall Program Management Office (PMO) by participating in meetings and coordinating agendas and boards, along with performing other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM program
  • The ability to work onsite, up to full time, depending on client needs
  • 5 plus years of relevant experience
  • Candidates must have significant experience and technical understanding of IBCS
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and briefing executive-level staff and foreign partners
  • An understanding of foreign military sales processes is desired
  • Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes
  • The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible, and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspense
  • Candidate must be able to work with minimal guidance in addressing actions, and then use their knowledge, ingenuity, innovation, and experience to complete the product
  • Candidate must be able to travel periodically to attend meetings and brief foreign partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills, and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment
  • An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain
