SPA is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst IIA in San Diego.


Responsibilities

The Contracts Management Analyst IIA position will assist the Government to draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, NMCARS, and associated supplements
and DOD 5000 series requirements. 

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Coordinate Industry Days.
  • Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government.
  • Provide administrative source selection support.
  • Administer contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables.

CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $88K - $100K.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Three (3) or more years of professional experience providing contract management support
  • Professional experience working with FAR/DRARS/NMCARS Contracts Management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts
  • One (1) year of experience in direct support of a Navy organization performing systems acquisition
  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

 Desired

  • ACAT II or III experience
