We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Summer Intern in our New York office.

Internship Responsibilities:


As a Human Resources Summer Intern, you will be supporting the Human Resources Team in our three centers of excellences:  Benefit & Compensation, Learning and & Development and Recruitment and Retention. You will learn from others, and they will expect to learn from you. You will share in the responsibility, rewards, and recognition of producing truly innovative solutions and complete client satisfaction. The pace is fast, and the camaraderie is close.


Some responsibilities include: 



  • Assisting Benefit and Compensation with formatting job descriptions.

  • Assist HRIS data entry to add employees previous experience in ADP.

  • Assign training through our LMS, Vector Solution.

  • Assist in firmwide rollout and new hire sessions of Core Strengths – SDI.

  • Assisting in the implementation/rollout of Recruitment dashboard.

  • Assisting Recruitment with Greenhouse ATS system entry clean up.

  • Attend intern education program lunch-and-learn sessions.


Internship Requirements:

The ideal candidate will enjoy a team environment and also flexible enough to work independently where needed. Candidates for this role will be eager to expand their knowledge by challenging themselves and using the highly technical resources around them.


Additional job requirements:



  • Pursing a bachelor’s degree from accredited university in Human Resources/Business Management

  • Must be at a minimum in your Junior or Senior year.

  • Previous internship or experience a plus

  • Fundamental knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint including building presentations, using lookup formulas, creating pivot tables, and building visualizations is required.

  • Knowledge of or interest in Power BI, related databases and/or data warehouses is a plus.

  • Time management and excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to exercise discretion working with sensitive information.

  • HRIS experience a plus

  • Recruiting experience, a plus

The salary range listed below is for this particular job posting.  Actual pay range for candidates will be commensurate with candidate’s experience, skillsets and competencies and may differ based on the cost of labor in their particular location.
