What you will do
  • Senior Training Engineers develop customer enablement and education courseware covering Sysdig's open source and commercial solutions.
  • They design complex scenarios that showcase technology and can develop engaging hands-on material for diverse technical audiences.
  • You will report to the Technical Enablement team to deliver training and explain Sysdig solutions to customers, partners, and the general public.
  • Make independent decisions within broad parameters, with the understanding that incorrect choices could cause delays or rework in projects or customer programs.
  • Troubleshoot training platforms and provide guidance to other teams when issues arise.


What you will bring with you
  • Demonstrate a understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies.
  • Have expertise in containers, orchestration, Linux, or public cloud services.
  • Have understanding of the cloud ecosystem and related technologies (Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP).
  • Code fluently in 1–2 languages (Bash, Python, Go) and author YAML- or Markdown-based content.
  • Have 3+ years of experience instructing and breaking down complex concepts into terms suitable for the target audience.
  • Write clear, comprehensive technical documentation and deliver advanced technical training.
