Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end technical growth journey from first site visit to self-serve product user. You’ll run the website like a product, ship fast using LLMs (“vibe coding”), and optimize for modern discovery via GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) while keeping the MarTech stack and data flows clean and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Web-as-a-Product + CRO: Drive conversion improvements, landing page performance, A/B testing, and frictionless website → product onboarding.
- Web Development Leadership: Manage the dev roadmap and sprints; enforce standards for performance (Core Web Vitals), technical SEO, security, and scalability.
- GEO + AI Discovery: Improve how we show up in AI answers (structured content, schema, topical architecture, “answer-first” pages).
- LLMs + Shipping Velocity: Use LLMs to accelerate prototyping, implementation, QA, documentation, and repeatable page/component creation—with guardrails.
- Marketing Ops + Automation: Own MarTech integrations, lead routing, attribution, lifecycle automation, and data governance across Marketing/Sales/Product.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Growth Engineering / Marketing Ops / Web Growth; 2+ years leading technical teams in SaaS.
- Strong web fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS), CMS management (Webflow/WordPress), APIs, performance optimization, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot; strong Salesforce/data flow understanding (CDP/warehouse a plus).
- Practical LLM fluency for faster delivery and iteration; comfort operating in a high-experiment cadence.
