Job Description

At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, Syngenta’s Finance Business Partnering team is seeking a FP&A Analyst (Fix Term December 2026) in Mexico City, Mexico.

Accountabilities 

  • Support FP&A Mesoamerica Commercial Unit team in month-end, reporting & any other controlling related activity.
  • Support in the construction of the budget & regular forecasting
  • Participate in developing new business cases and ad hoc projects
  • Work in remote coordination with AFO areas based on Uruguay (OTC, A2R and P2P among others).
  • Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance key controls and audit requirements.
  • Support Commercial and Marketing areas as Finance Business Partnering.

Qualifications

Required  

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Advance English
  • SAP
  • Previous Experience in Finance Areas (Controlling, Business Finance, FP&A) (2 years)
  • Excellent intercommunication skills, results oriented, ability to work with deadlines and time pressure
  • Knowledge of excel and database management
