The SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for leading the implementation of SAFe Agile methodologies, facilitating program-level planning and execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of value through the Agile Release Train.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate all SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate Agile teams, manage dependencies, and resolve impediments to ensure smooth program execution.
• Track and report on program progress, metrics, and performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across all teams.
• Implement and monitor SAFe metrics, driving Agile maturity and process optimization.
• Serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Support change management and adoption of Agile best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years' experience with SAFe implementations and Agile program management.
• SAFe RTE or SPC certification.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work).
• Ability to deploy globally as required by mission needs.
