RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and architectures.
• Oversee RMF compliance, security engineering, and authorization processes for all systems and applications.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response planning.
• Lead the implementation of continuous monitoring, threat intelligence, and proactive defense measures.
• Advise program leadership and technical teams on security best practices, emerging threats, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with government security stakeholders to ensure alignment with agency directives and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and audit readiness for all security-related activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years' experience in cybersecurity for intelligence or defense systems.
• CISSP certification (or equivalent DoD 8570 certification).
• TS/SCI clearance.
• In-depth knowledge of RMF, NIST, and DoD/IC security frameworks.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work).
• Ability to deploy globally as required by mission needs.
