Associate Operations Analyst
The Associate Operations Analyst is a key member of the Operations team, supporting data management processes, transaction processing, client reporting, and issue resolution across multiple client accounts, while ensuring operational requirements are met.

Prerequisites
- Graduates or undergraduates from any discipline (including those with pending results)
- Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in the RCM industry are encouraged to apply
- Strong “customer-first” mindset with a willingness to learn
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to handle complex operational challenges and unexpected situations
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work according to U.S. time zones and calendars
Shift Availability
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Sri Lankan Time)
