<p><strong>SyncVR Medical</strong> is the leading XR (Extended Reality) platform in European healthcare, implemented in 200+ hospitals. We are expanding to the <strong>United States</strong> to establish our premium, unified platform for Immersive Care. </p> <p>We are seeking an exceptionally motivated Marketing &amp; US Expansion Intern to work <strong>directly with the CEO</strong> on this critical market introduction.</p> <p><strong>This is a high-level strategic role, not an administrative one.</strong> Alongside the CEO (who will be in the USA to visit customers and partners) you will be responsible for executing the entire early-stage US go-to-market plan. If you are aiming for a career in <strong>Marketing</strong>, <strong>HealthTech, International Business Development, or a consulting role</strong>, this is a direct, high-velocity experience with immediate impact.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p>You will own the foundational marketing and sales development activities required to introduce SyncVR&#39;s platform to the US healthcare system.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Highest Priority - USA Prospecting &amp; Outreach:</strong> Identify and qualify key decision-makers at target <strong>pediatric hospitals</strong> via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools. Execute initial, personalized outreach sequences and assist the CEO in securing initial meetings.</li> <li><strong>Medium Priority - Localized Content Creation:</strong> Create and adapt marketing materials for the USA audience in pediatrics. This includes building up a new website, adapting case studies to US clinical frameworks, and generating targeted content for LinkedIn and email campaigns. Prepare US-specific pitch materials and maintain the CRM data on US prospects, tracking engagement and providing weekly reports on market readiness.</li> <li><strong>Low Priority - Market Intelligence &amp; Positioning:</strong> Continuously perform competitive analysis on the US MedTech landscape, providing the CEO with actionable insights on positioning, pricing models, and compliance requirements</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p>You are a <strong>talented self-starter</strong> (in other words, you don&#39;t wait for tasks, you perform on your own initiatives and ideas) who thrives on ownership and high-level strategy, comfortable operating in a remote, high-accountability setting.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Currently enrolled in the <strong>final year of a Bachelor&#39;s program</strong> or actively pursuing a <strong>Master&#39;s degree</strong> in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Health Administration, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>Availability:</strong> Must be available for a minimum of <strong>2 days (16+ hours) per week</strong> for a period of 4–6 months.</li> <li><strong>US Market Affinity:</strong> Strong familiarity with, or a declared interest in, the US healthcare system and its healthtech ecosystem.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in <strong>English</strong> (native or near-native fluency is mandatory for all US-facing content and executive communication).</li> <li><strong>Mindset:</strong> Highly proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously to deliver measurable results.</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <p>We are a mission-driven scale-up focused on providing unparalleled experience and career acceleration.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Executive Access:</strong> Act as the direct <strong>sidekick of the CEO</strong> in high-stakes international strategy, gaining unfiltered, real-time insight into MedTech market entry.</li> <li><strong>Tangible Portfolio:</strong> You will execute the entire early-stage digital GTM plan, leaving with a portfolio of measurable results, live content, and established market relationships that will significantly boost your career.</li> <li><strong>Networking:</strong> Build your network through exposure to high-level US healthcare and MedTech executives.</li> <li><strong>Remote &amp; Flexible:</strong> Fully remote internship with flexible hours (within core team meetings).</li> <li><strong>Compensation:</strong> This is normally an unpaid strategic internship, designed for educational credit and career experience.
