<p><strong>SyncVR Medical</strong> is the leading XR (Extended Reality) platform in European healthcare, implemented in 200+ hospitals. We are expanding to the <strong>United States</strong> to establish our premium, unified platform for Immersive Care.</p>
<p>We are seeking an exceptionally motivated Marketing & US Expansion Intern to work <strong>directly with the CEO</strong> on this critical market introduction.</p>
<p><strong>This is a high-level strategic role, not an administrative one.</strong> Alongside the CEO (who will be in the USA to visit customers and partners) you will be responsible for executing the entire early-stage US go-to-market plan. If you are aiming for a career in <strong>Marketing</strong>, <strong>HealthTech, International Business Development, or a consulting role</strong>, this is a direct, high-velocity experience with immediate impact.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p>You will own the foundational marketing and sales development activities required to introduce SyncVR's platform to the US healthcare system.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Highest Priority - US Prospecting & Outreach:</strong> Identify and qualify key decision-makers at target US hospitals via LinkedIn and other research tools. Execute initial, personalized outreach sequences and assist the CEO in securing initial meetings.</li>
<li><strong>Medium Priority - Localized Content Creation:</strong> Create and adapt marketing materials for the US audience. This includes localizing website copy, adapting case studies to US clinical frameworks, and generating targeted content for LinkedIn and email campaigns. Prepare US-specific pitch materials and maintain the CRM data on US prospects, tracking engagement and providing weekly reports on market readiness.</li>
<li><strong>Low Priority - Market Intelligence & Positioning:</strong> Continuously perform competitive analysis on the US MedTech landscape, providing the CEO with actionable insights on positioning, pricing models, and compliance requirements</li>

<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p>You are a self-starter who thrives on ownership and high-level strategy, comfortable operating in a remote, high-accountability setting.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Academic:</strong> Currently enrolled in the <strong>final year of a Bachelor's program</strong> or actively pursuing a <strong>Master's degree</strong> in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Health Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li><strong>Availability:</strong> Must be available for a minimum of <strong>2 days (16+ hours) per week</strong> for a period of 4–6 months.</li>
<li><strong>US Market Affinity:</strong> Strong familiarity with, or a declared interest in, the US healthcare system and its healthtech ecosystem.</li>
<li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in <strong>English</strong> (native or near-native fluency is mandatory for all US-facing content and executive communication).</li>
<li><strong>Mindset:</strong> Highly proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously to deliver measurable results.</li>
