This is a fully remote position with hybrid availability in Nashua, NH and Springfield, MO.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Project Coordinators handle a higher quantity of small or transactional projects; minimal client interactions; focuses on execution, administration, and keeping projects moving efficiently.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Administration & Tracking

  • Create, maintain, and update project records in Cloud Coach (Project Setup, Resource Assignments, Schedule Updates)
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across many parallel projects.
  • Monitor time entry compliance and ensure accurate project forecasting
Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate internal teams on task assignments and follow-ups
  • Prepare status summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure materials, documentation, and assets are prepared for delivery teams
Risk & Issue Escalation
  • Identify potential delays or resourcing conflicts and escalate early to PMO Leadership
  • Log issues and maintain and issue tracker
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all deliverables meet internal formatting, documentation, and QA standards prior to delivery to clients
  • Validate the project close out properly with all documentation archived on SharePoint
Financial Support
  • Support project invoicing by confirming delivered milestones or consumed hours
  • Assist in revenue forecasting by updating expected completion dates
Client Interaction (Limited)
  • Assist with scheduling meetings or distributing communications
  • Delivery of simple status updates (schedule reminders, follow-up confirmations)
  • Capture success stories
Proposal Oversight
  • Compile strategic proposals that meet client expectations
  • Coordinate responsible parties for scope input
  • Ensure measurable outcomes are identified and outlined in scope

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0-3 or more years of project management experience or related field
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • General knowledge of manufacturing business systems and/or processes (CRM, ERP, PDM, PLM, and CAD)
  • Demonstrate elementary level of proficiency in Project Management (PM)
  • Pursues on-going PM knowledge from within the company
  • Confidence in taking full responsibility for assigned projects
  • Focus is on supporting the companies project managers
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Pro-active/self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
