Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Symbria, you will:

• 🤝 Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement effective, customized treatment plans for patients.
• 🎯 Set individualized goals and provide hands-on support to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
• 📝 Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• 👫 Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• 🌟 Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and act as a trusted partner in your community.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 Graduated from an accredited program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
• 📜 Valid state license or pending license for new graduates.
• 🏥 Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required!
