We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Amman. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that help improve our operations, customer experience, and business performance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets across various business functions.
- Build dashboards and automated reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities using advanced analytics.
- Partner with teams such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product to understand data needs.
- Provide clear, concise insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting systems.
- Support strategic and operational initiatives with in-depth analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
