Software QA Engineer

About the role...

We are currently seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad.

What you will do...

• Analyze requirements in order to produce test specifications and test plan documents
• Design test cases and test data
• Implement automated test cases, UI Testing, Backend, API and performance Testing.
• Analyze and report testing progress/ results
• Ensure testing capabilities are applied throughout the software development lifecycle, aiming to always increase quality following CI/CD practices.

Technical Skills required...

• Bsc Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Newman or any other automation tool
• Experience in load and stress test tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadUI etc.)
• Coding skills and experience in Javascript and Java
• Experience with JIRA/Bitbucket/Confluence/Bamboo and GitLab
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience working in an agile development environment.

Experience in the following will be considered as an asset:

Industry certifications such as (ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Test Automation Engineer, ISTQB Agile Tester, etc.) are highly desirable
