As a Technical Business Analyst I, you'll be the bridge between our technical operations and business stakeholders, monitoring service quality and translating complex system data into clear insights. You'll work in an agile environment where your analytical skills and proactive mindset will drive continuous improvement of our building access and security systems.
Monitor and maintain service quality of the Business Applications Portfolio, collaborating closely with outsourcing partners in L2 support to ensure effective ticket triage and prioritization of critical issues
Lead technical documentation efforts by working with Technical Engineers and Application IT Owners, while supporting Target Operating Model development with Squad Lead Analysts and key stakeholders
Design and maintain data visualizations using MS Power BI and MS 365 suite to provide critical statistics on tickets and automated sensor alerts to Product Owners and Lead Administrators
Facilitate agile ceremonies including Daily Standups and Planning sessions, supporting the Scrum Master and Product Owner in identifying team challenges and developing strategies to overcome bottlenecks
Oversee technical monitoring and compliance, tracking automated sensor alerts and system health indicators while ensuring adherence to internal standards
Drive effective communication as a "challenging character" who brings critical issues to attention to ensure necessary improvements are implemented
The Real Estate and Building Service Squad (REBS) operates within Corporate Function IT and is responsible for ensuring global building access and key security systems operate reliably and comply with internal regulations and standards. Our team primarily serves the Corporate Real Estate and Services Unit (CRES), maintaining stable operation of critical services and acting as the key counterpart for solutioning and consulting on changes or enhancements to these systems.
You're a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. You thrive in collaborative environments but aren't afraid to challenge the status quo when necessary. Your technical aptitude is matched by your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and you're passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Very good skills in MS Power BI and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Practical experience with Jira and understanding of DevOps workflows and fundamental Agile principles
Proven ability to triage tickets with external vendors, draft technical documentation, and support the development of Target Operating Models
Very good communication skills with a "challenger" mindset—willing to highlight risks and drive team performance improvements
Prior experience with Building and Facility systems (e.g., CAFM or IWMS)
Specific experience with PACS (Physical Access Control Systems) and PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) systems
Understanding of building-related IoT or sensor-based monitoring platforms
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practices
