In this pivotal leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer of Corporate Solutions, you'll champion quality across our organization. You'll build and implement strategies that enable our teams to deliver exceptional products with speed, resilience, and unwavering quality standards.
Lead strategic quality initiatives by acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team, providing regular status updates and actionable insights on our quality transformation
Implement and tailor Groupwide quality standards to the Corporate Solutions business context
Develop talent by defining the QA people strategy including growth and development pathways for team members
Drive data-informed decisions through monitoring and explaining quality KPIs across multiple dimensions
Ensure business alignment through consistent test case management linked to critical business processes
Resolve production issues by understanding quality impacts and ensuring proper resolution with thorough root-cause analysis
Enhance automation coverage with a measurable increase in automated test cases at the API layer, improving test data variety and scenarios
Champion innovation through advocacy and adoption of generative AI technologies
Foster collaboration between requirements engineering, application engineering and operation support teams
Monitor performance by tracking and reporting live non-functional metrics of applications

You champion best practices and ensure that quality assurance processes are robust, measurable, and aligned with key business objectives. You are a practitioner at heart, able to dive into the details while also able to communicate clearly to leadership where issues are present and how to address them. Above all, you are empathetic and understanding, able to bring people together to create joint movement toward excellence.
10+ years in technology and software delivery, with hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Exceptional leadership and people skills on technology projects including influence and communication skills with the ability to guide technical and business stakeholders alike
Proven success in defining and implementing software quality assurance methodologies and frameworks
Hands-on working knowledge of QA tools, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience with Agile and DevOps practices in enterprise environments
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their testing considerations
Experience with performance testing and non-functional requirements validation
Background in the insurance or financial services industry
Experience implementing quality metrics and dashboards for executive reporting
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to software quality
