Die drei integrativen, volldigitalisierten Operationssäle der Klinik gehören zu den technisch am besten ausgerüsteten ihrer Art. Zu den wichtigsten medizinischen Fachgebieten gehören Allgemeine Chirurgie, Anästhesiologie, Orthopädische Chirurgie und Traumatologie des Bewegungsapparates und Gynäkologie. Als Listenspital hat die Privatklinik Villa im Park im Kanton Aargau einen öffentlichen Leistungsauftrag und behandelt Patienten aus allen Versicherungsklassen.ssen.
Stellenbeschreibung
- Unterstützung in der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
- Begleitung von Patienten in Akut- und Krisensituationen
- Intra- und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit (Ärzte, Hebammen etc.)
- Ausführen von ärztlichen Verordnungen und Interventionen
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung einer hochstehenden Pflegequalität
- Begleitung von Studierenden und Lernenden als Tagesbezugsperson
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF mit Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital
- Selbständigkeit, Kompetenz und Innovationswille
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit, Organisation und kundenorientierte Kommunikation
- Flexibilität, Authentizität und Freude an der Arbeit
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
