Tasks

  • Installation, management and administration of our AMOS (N-tier) application

  • Database management (PostgreSQL, Patroni, Pgbackrest)

  • Daily systems monitoring

  • Technical second and third-level support

  • Support customers during implementation and daily operations

  • Troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup and recovery

  • Working as a team player and collaborate with our offices in Basel and Singapore

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Strong Linux system administration skills

  • DBA experience in SQL databases / PostgreSQL

  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)

  • Networking fundamentals

  • Experience in understanding N-tier applications

  • Ability for troubleshooting

  • Team player and customer-oriented mindset

Desirable

  • 2+ years experience in Linux systems administration

  • Experience or knowledge in project management is an asset
