Tasks
Installation, management and administration of our AMOS (N-tier) application
Database management (PostgreSQL, Patroni, Pgbackrest)
Daily systems monitoring
Technical second and third-level support
Support customers during implementation and daily operations
Troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup and recovery
Working as a team player and collaborate with our offices in Basel and Singapore
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Strong Linux system administration skills
DBA experience in SQL databases / PostgreSQL
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)
Networking fundamentals
Experience in understanding N-tier applications
Ability for troubleshooting
Team player and customer-oriented mindset
Desirable
2+ years experience in Linux systems administration
Experience or knowledge in project management is an asset

What you'll do
- The role involves the installation, management, and administration of the AMOS application, along with providing technical support and troubleshooting. Additionally, the specialist will support customers during implementation and daily operations.
