Tasks
Installation, management and administration of our AMOS application
Database administration (PostgreSQL)
Daily systems monitoring
Technical second and third-level support
Support customers during implementation and operations
Troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup and recovery
Supporting our working principles like “continuous improvement”, “master technologies”, “KISS”, etc
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience in understanding n-tier applications
DBA experience in SQL databases / PostgreSQL
Strong Linux system administration skills
Ability for troubleshooting
Team player and customer-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
Desirable
2+ years experience in Linux systems
Experience or knowledge in project management is a plus
Spanish and/or German would be an asset

What you'll do
- The IT System Specialist will be responsible for the installation, management, and administration of the AMOS application, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting. They will also monitor systems daily and support customers during implementation and operations.
