1 Key Responsibilities/What to Expect

  • Business Ownership: Act as the prime contact for Upland vendor, managing contracts, requirements definition, and SOW process follow-up. Maintain liaison between SWIFT and Upland management, organize training and presentation sessions, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory aspects related to Upland usage.
  • Platform Ownership: Manage and maintain service tracking tools such as Tenrox, ensuring reliability, compliance, and user adoption.
  • Integration Oversight: Ensure Upland and other service tracking tools integrate seamlessly with systems such as Workday, Salesforce, and Jira. Monitor automated data flows via BOOMI or FTP exchange and liaise with other SWIFT departments for data exchange and integration needs.
  • Technical Maintenance & Support: Coordinate, test, and approve Upland release deployments. Perform technical maintenance and configuration. Provide 3rd-level support for Upland and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze business and operational processes, utilize data-driven insights to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Automation Champion: Provide automation support to business squads to streamline operational workflows, optimize business processes, and reduce manual effort, in alignment with governance frameworks.
  • Enablement & Training: Provide guidance and training to teams on tool usage and automation capabilities.

2 What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in operations, tooling management, or process automation roles.
    • Hands-on experience with service tracking platforms (e.g., Tenrox) and workflow automation tools.
    • Vendor and stakeholders’ management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of operational processes and governance frameworks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to map processes and identify gaps.
    • Ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with AI-driven automation and innovation practices is a plus.
