Job Summary:
SCA is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Parking Lot Helper. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas. The ideal candidate for this position is highly detail-oriented and has excellent teamwork skills.

Rate of Pay: Starting at $18 per hour
Schedule: Thursday-Sunday (Night Shifts-10 hours)
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be outside most of the day, cleaning the storefronts of retail properties: this may include using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues
- You will be provided proper safety equipment (PPE), and will need to wear boots
- Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted
- Perform labor duties as required by team lead.
- Perform litter pick-up along highways
- Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties
- Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues
Job Requirements:
- Driver’s License
- Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
- Ability to follow directions and read maps
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
- Proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum) and work boots.
