Job Summary:
SCA is seeking an energetic and reliable Day Porter to perform day-to-day commercial property services. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.
- Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted
- Perform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as:
- Perform litter pick-up along highways
- Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties
- Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.
- Experience working outdoors
- Ability to follow directions and read maps
- Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record
- Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests
- Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
- Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.
- Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required

What you'll do
- The Day Porter will operate a pick-up truck to drive to various stops on a scheduled route and complete assigned jobs within the allotted time. Responsibilities include litter pick-up, cleaning tasks, and maintaining retail properties.
