About the job

You are an advocate of our brand. In this role and together with the Flagship team, you will:

  • Strive for excellence and go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional luxury experience in our Flagship location.

  • Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers.

  • Coordinate the organizations and execution of awe-inspiring luxury events in our Flagship location.

  • Be a driving force behind new and ongoing service, sales and event opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.  

  • Assist in planning and leading strategic plan initiatives and activations for the Flagship in partnership with the Retail Excellence Store Manager, Head of Flagship and Head of Marketing.

  • Pay range $30-$33 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program.

About you

You are an experienced Marketing Manager, and you have:

  • Worked in a multi-cultural environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

  • Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands.

  • Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills.

  • Digital proficiency.

  • A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders

  • English skills
