About the job
The Finance Assistant will provide finance support services to the VG (Mexico) operations and coordinate duties across the organization.
- Creation of purchase orders.
- Generalist Accounting Analyst responsible for petty cash administrative control.
- Completion of administrative banking documentation for the implementation of processes.
- Safeguarding and managing the filing system.
- Filing compliance notices before the SAT and INEG.
- Account reconciliation.
- Semiannual inventories.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree (Finance or Accounting)
- 1 year of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Strong analytical skills, ability to develop insights and utilize financial measurements.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
- English level medium in spoken and written.
