Stellenbeschreibung
- Du unterstützt das HR-Team im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst administrative Aufgaben zuverlässig
- Die Pflege, Auswertung und Aufbereitung von HR-Daten sowie die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Dokumentationen liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Bei der Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Trainings- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen wirkst du aktiv mit.
Qualifikationen
- Du bist in einem Studiengang wie Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozial- oder Wirtschaftspsychologie immatrikuliert, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
- Der sichere Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen ist für dich selbstverständlich, außerdem arbeitest du dich schnell in neue Softwareprogramme ein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringst du mit; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Mit deiner freundlichen, offenen Art trittst du sicher auf und kommunizierst gerne mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent runden dein Profil ab
